We have completed our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (“UFOC”). ComWeb has targeted over 800 strategically located, exclusive franchise territories throughout the United States, that incorporate over 50,000 cities nationwide. Population, local non-profit,organization size and business saturation determine the area that a franchise territory encompasses. Inside each franchise territory, the ComWeb programs are offered by Community Representatives, that are hired from within the local Communities. Furthermore, by providing an inexpensive franchsie, we are attracting more qualified franchise owners, which truly understand the realistic needs of their community.
